Medical simulation is widely used in the education and professional development of healthcare providers. However, traditional simulation systems are often bulky, stationary, costly, and complex. This application is tailored for healthcare professionals seeking to incorporate medical simulation into their teaching practices.

The application functions as a remote-controlled bedside patient monitor, designed to enhance medical simulations. To operate efficiently, the app necessitates the use of two devices such as a phone and a tablet. It operates in two primary modes: monitor mode for displaying information and administrator mode for controlling the display.

In monitor mode, the app showcases customizable vital signs like heart rate, respiratory rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, end-tidal CO2, and temperature. Users have the flexibility to select cardiac rhythms such as sinus rhythm, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), ventricular fibrillation (V fib), along with associated waveforms and tracings. Meanwhile, administrator mode provides a control panel that allows for real-time activation, deactivation, and adjustment of each data field.

This application empowers health educators to conduct effective medical simulations with minimal resources. With a basic resuscitation dummy or even a child's baby doll and a case scenario provided by the user, educators can lead simulations seamlessly in various settings from hospital bedsides to outdoor emergencies.
